About Us / History This is Michael and Lisa Antolini's second foray in the BBQ business. They owned and operated a successfull BBQ restaurant in Babylon for seven years until they got the "itch" to head East to Montauk- A place they always headed to for sun, fishing, surfing, and most of all, peace of mind. They hope to give back to the Montauk community "some good home cooking." When Pigs Fly will feature fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, fried and BBQ chicken and buffalo wings (sold 5000-6000 every Superbowl in Babylon), as well as homemade coleslaw, cornbread, the best creamed spinach, appetizers, and more . . .
